That is former WP track and searchlights. The original question was on SP searchlights.

But to answer this question, there are still a good amount of ex-WP searchlights on the Sacramento Sub from Kingdon to Phillips and again from Del Paso to West Oroville. Plus again farther up the Canyon working out into some point in the desert. Not aware of any replacement work on the Sacramento Sub signals at this point. Just was by those from Kingdon to Del Paso last week and they are all working away with no new construction anywhere.
