Thanks! The image was hijacked by Pinterest (my least favorite web app!!) in my Google searches, so I could not find the original source of it. The original source you linked confirms it is same loco:

"Pacific States Steel Atlas 35T EC, Oakland CA 1958, nee USN Depot#2 Hawaii, to Oakland Drydock, To Pt of Oakland, blt 1933 cn 1905"

I'm curious about the WP steam tender, though. Is that photo of a museum collection?
