Steel shop tool question

The snowplow photo below highlights how a curved plow blade was shaped with multiple straight bends. I am not a machinist but it must have been done by "step bending" or "bump bending" using a "brake" tool? Sketch below.

I do wonder how the machinist got the final product to fit into the frame just right. That's a big heavy pieced of steel to be working. I guess that's why they call it a skilled trade.
