Yup. It's Santa Fe's First Street Yard just east of downtown LA.

The camera is looking more or less to the south. The Fourth District main track is off to the left, with the concrete-lined LA River to the left of that. The site of Santa Fe's La Grande was on the right side of the yard.

Countless movies and television series have been filmed in this area, although more frequently near the Fourth Street bridge in the distance.

LA Metro's light rail maintenance facility and storage yard now occupies the western part of the yard site.
