The largest shipper on the line, Georgia Pacific's mill is closed and likely permanently.
This leaves the mill in Philomath as the only GP Sawmill not in the South.
I think its days are numbered too.

The number of ties alone, 67,000 will cost between 4.5 and 5 Million dollars.
The $9MM figure will not be enough to fully do what they intend.
