It is a dead duck - permanently.

If you think the N.I.M.B.Y.s and trail freaks gave the NCRA a bad time, you ain't seen nuttin yet . Santa Cruz is infected even worse with them than the North coast.

Neither the cement plant, nor the track, nor anything else publicly useful, will ever operate again. And neither will anyone ever be safe walking on the trail!

I wonder how good a pot pipe can be made out of old creosoted ties.
