Call the folks at Mythbusters, they tried, and failed, to document this legend. They couldn't make it work, nor could they find any evidence of it actually happening to anyone.

Then again, most farm boys will tell you of the danger of peeing on an electric fence. Myth or fact? I'm not willing to test it...
