2. Broadway to Sherman - ABL with SP trackage rights, plus SP switching rights between Broadway and Grand.
3. ABL (abandoned 1975-1980 ish).
5. SP. You didn't mark it, but the line continued westward then curved southward behind the old IER Electric Train shop (now occupied by Bay Ship and a winery), ran south along the east side of Main Street, turned westward at Main and Atlantic, and connected with the ABL to enter NAS.
6. Yes. (See Answer #5.)
Bonus Points: ABL continued in operation until 1998. Their yard was sold to the City of Alameda in 1999 and is now the Jean Sweeney Open Space park. UP served the last two remaining customers (the team track at Tilden Way & Broadway, and Pennzoil at Clement & Grand) until 2001, at which time all remaining track beginning at the Oakland side of the Fruitvale lift bridge was embargoed. It was officially abandoned in 2012.
