The switch to it came off what was called the "siding" (it wasn't an actual siding) that paralleled what was called the Richmond Belt "main" (it wasn't a main track). I don't specifically recall Santa Fe switching it during their turns operating the Belt - it's been 45+/- years, and I really didn't pay attention to what Santa Fe did anyway - so I can't give you a definitive answer.

Joint switching ended at the switch at tail of the wye.
