The usual way is to have the express tracks in the middle and station tracks to the sides with side platforms. In Germany, for example, trains run through at 300 kph all the time. No big deal. 220 mph is only about 17% faster. On the Northeast Corridor they are testing now at 165 mph blasting through stations on the express tracks. Nobody gets sucked off the platforms either.
