Almost all of SF Muni's PCC's were stored outdoors for many years in an unsecured unfenced lot near Pier 70 where they were badly vandalized and stripped of valuable copper and other parts by homeless people that lived in the cars and others.
Brockville and the city did an amazing job of restoring a few to like new condition but most were scrapped after saving some useful parts.
I hope someone can find before and after pictures.
