Jonathon Hutchison did a lot of work on the performance measures on things like LOSSAN, Capitols, and San Joaquins, back when I was working on these things....

New Administration brings hope to rail.....

More of a view of what we need to think about with regard to how and why we set the policies for developing and funding rail passenger services, not which "pet" pork barrel project needs funding....
