I am not familiar with the weekly frequency of trains, but in the past year I have noticed 5-10 of those ~34,000 gallon tank cars at the Di Giorgio facility (farthest-down active customer, a few miles short of Arvin proper). Decent tonnage/axle-loading compared to what the line was built for. I am not sure what the makeup of the train that serves them is; have not ever been there when they're running.
