The One trip per day to Silverton might be an equipment issue at this point, a preemptive decision. If 476 and 480 get running there will be 3 oil burners which could cover The Silverton, the Cascade and a helper if required to get to Rockwood. The train length could very well be still lengthened by Covid restrictions which makes two engines needed to get to
Rockwood. If the Covid restrictions drop then you might see a second Silverton behind the 107 (ex-WP&Y engine) and if fire isn't an issue power won't be either.
