Del Mar Bluffs and LAUS Run Through projects - Bob2

I didn't want to hijack the thread CAHSR below so I'm starting a new one.

Bob2, I have read your comments and reviewed the links that have been posted on the LAUS run through project and the Del Mar Bluffs Project. You've sold me on them. Both seem to make a lot of sense and would serve a demand for service benefitting a large number of riders. As I understand it, the LAUS run through project is a go and they are acquiring property across 101 to make it happen. Is that true?

If Del Mar Bluffs project is funded what would be the hold-ups to implement? Is there a lot of private property to condemn for the new ROW? Would it get hung up like how the CAHSR has been in the central valley?

What is the timeline on both projects? Could they be done in the next 10 years?
