Flint can tax by the inch to replace your poison-pipes.
Maybe we could charge for each breath until you turn green in that deal.
The price at the pump never dipped below $2.49 a gallon during the covid bottom in southern california not so long ago. Now it is over $4 a gallon (and climbing) and covid ain't done yet.
So rainbow-rust wants me to pay a tax on fuel and on miles.
