Red, white, and blue unit at Hill AFB?

Driving up I-15 past Hill Air Force Base, I saw a red, white, and blue unit sitting there. Traffic was messy, so I didn't have time to look very thoroughly, but I had a bit of difficulty identifying it. It looked almost like an SDP45 that someone had cut extra grills into the doors of the long hood. As I said, though, I didn't have much time to look, and I could be way off base.

Does anyone know what this thing is?
