Thank you. I would agree fixing the San Diego issue and up in the bay is a higher priority, as well as the run through.

As far as Indio to LA, yes the traffic is horrible, amplified on a Sunday afternoon. However, unless you are commuting, the Coachella valley is spread out, unless you cannot drive or are ideological driven.....it’s not convenient.
