Sorry John, was just trying to give some info as to where those hoppers may have came from. There is no shipper on that portion of the line, Exeter-Reedley-Fresno, that can handle that kind of unit train. Those are empty cars in the video so just assuming moving from storage back to the UP in Fresno would make sense.
