Watsonville CA Update

Looks like Progressive Rail is getting ready to hand over common carrier responsibility to Roaring Camp for the Santa Cruz Branch Rail line. Roaring Camp has stated publically that they will not permit the line to be abandoned and as common carrier they can prevent it.

Keep an eye on the STB filings.
