San Francisco Chief at Collier, March 1971

The hills are now Californicated with houses, Highway 4 now goes under the track, but in March of 1971, the scenery that greeted the Westbound San Francisco Chief was still green. Santa Fe F7 #342 leads three F7B's as the train covers its last few miles before arriving in Richmond.
