While the exterior may leave something to be desired, the interior is very nice and pretty comfortable. Nice wide windows, WI-FI even worked I am told, quiet inside, quick to speed, etc. I would hope that once things settle down a bit TriMet would work on upgrading the, in my opinion, crappy sounding horns. The Portland & Western Railroad crew members look good in their spiffy uniforms...but hats are missing WES logos as they haven't arrived yet.
Grand Opening on January 30th, regular service begins February 2 with events planned at most stations at what is being called WES Week.
Come visit the Pacific Northwest Chapter, NRHS booth in Tigard (Oregon) on January 30th and February 3.
