Please refer us to the text dictating that freight companies--or railroads--are required by law to haul anything that any customer requests.
It's only smart biz to dump lower profit customers when capacity is at/near limits. Perhaps they should dump cargo from their HIGHEST profit customers?
Finally, a clue: the refusal to haul less profitable freight, regardless of their "common carrier" status, is a decidedly UNcommunistic move. Viva capitalism....right?
