Tunnels 46 and 47 are both between Thorp and Cle Elum, nearer to Thorp than Cle Elum. I've been through them both and have pictures of the portals. I've never heard these tunnel names before, and am surprised that Tunnel 46 is labeled Boylston, as the Boylston Mtns are east of Ellensburg. To furthur confuse this, a map in Fred Hyde's Milwaukee book labels Tunnel 45, at the summit of the Saddle Mountains, as Johnson Creek Tunnel. And this is at a place named Boylston!
