I was thinking that too, but it seems the confines of Boolegger Canyon are narrower compared to the picture in question. Also, I don't think there's a stream of water in Bootlegger Canyon that's as substantial as what's shown in the picture. There are quite a few pictures of Bootlegger Canyon and the Cane Creek Branch on Railpictures.net and the topography looks slightly different.
