As for the "spare rail and other parts", The State has records of all of the rail and OTM that they furnished to Watco "...to make improvements". Hmmm--that stuff is all missing(?). An thorough inspection is about to begin to see if any of it actually made it into the line. So, guys--if it is not installed, you have a very short amount of time to bring it back and put it in--or at least pile it up somewhere that it can be found.
