World Wide Construction Co, Balfour & Beatty from across the Pound is doing the track Rehab. They are set up at Schelville and are working east to Lombard. Then they will concentrate Schelville west after doing the ROW cleaning and Brush cutting first. the 60,000 ties will show up in the 2nd week of February. The Black Point Swing Bridge is fully operational and repaired.
