Hey, DAVE I, thats exactly what I said in an earlier post. So you credit me. The Novato Creek bridge has been repaired and raised about 18" for the Flood Conrol and now awaits new ties and rail. Haystack (Petaluma Swing Span) has had its center plate, rollers, electrical machinery, wiring, Interlocking and pilings fix or replaced. Its is also operable. The Brazos lift span is operable but is awaiting electrical and interlocking repairs. The tie work starts after the brush cutting and ballast regulator is finished.
