Not sure it's in Sound Transit's best interests to buy a 90+ year old wooden roundhouse ( but one with ALUMINUM SIDING & PORCH LIGHTS !!! ), in an environmently sensitive area, that would likely require LOTSA soil & property clean - up.
Also hoping ST is ( was ) smart enough to farm out any heavy engine repairs or rebuilding to those who do it best.
