This has been going on for months. They hit the Brooklyn at night, The Tacoma, and any other Z or I UP train coming and going out of LATC. The homeless camps along Valley Blvd are sit up along the right a- way to pilferage the trains right under the crews and yard men noses.

The Carman usually has to go out and close the doors and clean up the mess while the
UP PO (Bull) sits on his butt in the nearby office and doesn't give a rats A$$.

Amtrak 2 caught a gang throwing stuff off the other night and nobody seems to care.

Where is my wide screen TV??
