Apparently Wyoming's Governor has been talking with Mexico since 2019 over coal exports.
The Montana coal the Indians have is lower BTU and harder to sell and ship. It looks like maybe this is all about seeing what more they can get out of Stockton and Richmond by by suing the Port of Richmond? I always wondered what "Klean Coal" was all about? Besides, going through Mexico it's burned in someone else's atmosphere and won't influence those long range climate predictions????????
