The truth of the matter is that there is interest in the properties south of the SCRRM to build large Storage warehouses which plan to us part of the museums trackage to access the new facilities in the future. If and when this comes into play the museum stands to get track upgrades with new ties & welded rail by the developer. Now then will this be the chosen route to Winchester and Temecula I don't have the answer to that.
