Along those times were the t-shirts. Maybe mid 70s? They were worn by crews working around depots and where the public would see them. Oakland, Sacramento and other points to get "the word" out. (before the UP merger)

The shirts were lite blue and had a nice large patch on breast pocket. It said,
"Penn Central West".

There were a lot of officers that made threats but nothing came of it. I still have mine some where but I don't think it will fit anymore.
