Please provide links to fact-based sources backing up what you are so "sure" about.

This may be a concept which is difficult for you to grasp, but many people without automobiles are not receiving benefits such as SNAP or other nutrition security assistance. They are students are people who work in occupations which do not pay enough to own and operate automobiles.
