The San Bernardino Association of Governments is the current lessee/tenant et. al. of this building, and you can contact them through then phone book regarding regularily scheduled interior tours of this building, which I was able to do a couple of years ago. It's worth it!

One of the problems with finding a tenant for the restaurant is the federal standards to which the building was restored requires virtually no alterations whatsoever to the surface of the building, in or out. This translates to no wall modifications, no drilling holes, no light fixture changes, etc. etc. This, along with the general neighboring community atmosphere hampers any reasonable attempts to operate a profitable restaurant.
