Suddenly a former Milwaukee line is the subject of attention. Davenport, and the other Quad Cities have suffered numerous levy failures and downtown Davenport floods regularly.

Maybe the railroad should chip in some bucks and get the levys fixed. Gonna be slow going otherwise during floods.
