Does Hillyard {spokane} get any refrigeration traffic? Or has Safeway, URM, FSA all switch over to truck before the yard was dismantle in 1970s? Other than Western Fruit Express which use to be located in Hillyard.

How often does the Conoco get switched in and out? 2006, the tracks were so in bad shape.
