I've never seen any reefer traffic in Hillyard the past few years. Don't know which petro place is Conoco, but the one next door to URM gets switched most days, the petro place way south of URM was recently reconnected to live rail, complete with an Xing signal, but have yet to see any traffic there. There is a spur near, I beleive, Food Services of America that gets covered hoppers of plastic pellets to make into plastic milk and fruit juice bottles, and the Asphalt plant in Hillyard gets cars on a regular basis during the summer.
