Thanks for the current and historic photos.
We note that the Amtrak / Talgo photo was framed very carefully, evidently after watching the same consist passing by earlier.

From the historic photo, we see that the conveyor passed under the NP - and from the present photo that the tunnel has been backfilled or removed completely.

The plans for the golf course included a public trail. There appears to be no such trail just East of the fence; therefor the trail passes thru the course. We know that the current photo was not taken by a trespasser on the golf course. Maybe by a golfer? Or does the golf course clerk issue permits to railfans?

I believe I remember mention of a major tournament being scheduled for the course this year. During which viewers, of golfers of course, can buy day passes. Cameras allowed.
