Do the course rules allow play to stop while "those noisy / distracting trains" go by?
For national contests, the subject will be carefully included in the rules.
Comments from golfers, please.

This subject entered my mind when the gravel pit to golf course conversion was first announced.
Will AMTRAK, BNSF and UP get some "publicity" during tournaments shown on national TV?
