"Both" bridges? It's pretty obvious that the Capitola crossing needs to have the idea jacked up and a new bridge slid in. There are several others along the line; which is the other one?

With the new transportation funding, and a potential connection to a CapCorridor or Caltrain extension to Salinas, they should be able to finagle some HSR funding? Or even just a nibble at the new federal source? Main problem would be coming up with the local match.
