He has one, but liability law and precedents say (essentially) that he must be responsible and not defamatory with what he says. He's been totally irresponsible, so he's now paying the price. If you had been paying attention in school, you would know that the first amendment applies only to things guvmental, not things like this discussion group or other things not guvmental, like public forums operated by private companies. Jonesy-boy is now getting a block instruction in the legalities of defamation of character, pain and suffering, etc. From what I understand, he's got three or four more similar lawsuits to go, so by the time the music stops, he'll be flat busted, disgusted, like the snake in the lake, to slim to swim.
