They picked a number halfway between the 2 sides, either a 22 or 24% increase over 5 years. Depending on which news report you believe. Doesn't keep up with expected inflation.
A $1k bonus per year but offset by an increase in the medical cover cap in order to continue the 15% employee contribution.
A laughable 1 extra paid day off per year. Which will actually be 1 extra basic day pay but you won't get the day off because as always all the slots are full so your request is denied.
Does absolutely nothing to address the 24/7 on call constant fatigue, inability to schedule any appointments, little time at home, missed off days because the carriers play games with deadheading and 24 hours and 1 minute in the hotel. Just more literal chopping a baby in half and thinking they are Solomon wise.
