A far better and cheaper idea is take the old Los Angeles and Oakland Coliseums and use them as homeless centers. They were built to accommodate very large crowds
Lots of restrooms, lots of food concessions, locker rooms, showers, plenty of room in the stands, the field, side lines, warehouse and the tunnels, some have luxury suites, offices, pressboxes, parking lots can be used for homeless in vehicles.
Move the Trojans to SoFi and the A's to Las Vegas
The billions that could be saved
Too bad they tore down the Kingdome, Candlestick park and Qualcomm stadiums! could have housed a million more!
