Old sports venues as homeless centers

Nice idea, I bet those living and working around the old stadiums would not appreciate tens of thousands of homeless in their area,
Candlestick park was isolated and would have worked, But its an empty lot now

I think the should move the homeless to the rich areas of LA, San Diego, Oakland and SF
and the non-citizen homeless should be deported
