An Amtrak Crashcades went off the derails at the Chambers Bay lift bridge because the engineer was going too fast which opened the derails. Interesting how Amtrak Crashcade engineers learned nothing from that incident, and a few months later wrecked at DuPont, costing lives and costing the taxpayer.
