Software in the vehicles gives the driver an alarm or simply just cuts off the accelerator when you reach the speed limit.


Another story said you could push a button to get a one-time 15 second exemption to deal with merging or emergencies. That will get people killed.

NTSB becomes another government agency that doesn't know when to stop pushing too far, because that's what bureaucracy does.
