I can’t tell if you two lovers are actually sad about this, or are celebrating the death of a historic rail line because it demonstrates the viability of your precious rail-trail in Santa Cruz County.

Newsflash: the North Coast isn’t Santa Cruz, and this defeat for the Skunk isn’t gonna change the fact that Measure D still failed. The freight will roll into Santa Cruz by rail, it won’t be a dream, and Melani Clark will make everything right. And how is she “daddy’s little girl” if she inherited Roaring Camp from her MOTHER?
