How does a container ship get to any of these places.

The REAL inland ports are in Buffalo, Cleveland, Ashtabula (OH), Toledo, Northwestern Indiana/Southeastern Chicago, Milwaukee, and Duluth.

If someone has "hurt feelings" (to use Trigger's terms) about California's requirements for electric trucks for port areas, then ports in Vancouver, BC; Seattle, WA; or Portland (appropriately enough), OR can be used.

Until then, the best way to show that environmentalists, public health officials, and pollution abatement agency staff are being unreasonable is to move to a house along a road used by huge numbers of diesel trucks.
