They're shelling out huge salaries to all of these bloated positions for bureaucrats who probably sit around and spend most of their day surfing the Internet.

I guess the phrase "feather bedding" only applies to unionized railroad workers. All the libs and progressives are convinced that all of the positions listed here, all of which no doubt easily pay six-figures a year, are necessary and worthy.
